Formerly trading as Exotiq Real Estate, Exotiq Property operates South East Asia's largest brokerage and property consulting network. We only focus on property located in highly attractive and desirable holiday destinations. We have sister companies Exotiq Holidays and Exotiq Living offering holidays and interior furnishings respectively.

The making of Exotiq

It all started in Bali, Indonesia. The need for professional real estate services, geared to foreigners, was recognized and we opened our first office in Seminyak in 2002.

Our Asian office network covers the best resort destinations in Indonesia and Thailand.

We will soon be operating in Malaysia, the Philippines, the Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Mauritius. Further afield look out for Exotiq in Australia.
