Italian born from Venice, Adami Gilberto came to Bali in early 2012 joining the sales team in Exotiq Property's Seminyak office. He is a trained accountant and developed a career in marketing and selling premium products in optical fashion and interior lighting. Gil is well travelled and, which has contributed to his interest in human culture and evolution. He is fluent in Italian, French and English and has a passion for art, music and photography.

Agung Suyadnya - Jimbaran office

Agung graduated with a degree major in Civil Engineering from Udayana University. From 1990 until now his interest in building construction and residential design work has led him to study project management independently so he can conceive and complete his own developmental projects. He spent 3 years working with a property company here in Bali; he then joined Exotiq Property to take on new challenges and still after 3 years he enjoys his work and it compliments well his expertise in project development.

Agung Dian Marliana - Jimbaran office

Dian was born and raised in Denpasar. Dian graduated from Udayana University studying English Literature. She is hard working and likes to learn new things. Before she joined with Exotiq Jimbaran she used to work at PT. Nirwana International in Sanur also as a receptionist. She likes to interact with people and learnt how to communicate well with guests in a friendly but professional manner. Ari Juliani - Seminyak office

Exotiq Ari is a local Balinese, was born and raised in Tabanan Regency. She is the smiling face that greets you when you enter Exotiq's Seminyak office on Bali South Coast. Ari has graduated from Diploma 2 in tourism at LP3I Bali in 2003 and previously worked as a reservation in an online business Tour and Travel Agency, in previous job she has learned how to handle and taking care customers by phone, online with polite manner. Bella Widyalaksita - Jimbaran office

Bella has been brought into the Jimbaran team to deal with the ever growing number of villa rental enquiries coming through our office. She has a very broad knowledge of the villa rental market in Bali and has the right motivation to match the right villas to the enquiries. This will help improve ROI on many of the villas we have for rental/sale. The rental operation will become an intergral part of our office and we encourage vendors to take the option of putting their house on the market for rentals while in the process of selling their property so as to make good returns.

Dewi graduated from Tourism Management School in Bali, majoring in Public Relations. Her easy going personality and fondness to meet new people made her decide to work in the Hospitality industry for almost 5 years, mostly in the Sales and Marketing position. Those years gave her the administration and marketing skills in order to build up more confidence to try different fields of work. She joined the Exotiq team in Jimbaran in May 2008 and started as a secretary, but was quickly promoted to office manager to acquire new challenges and to gain more experience in the real estate business.

Dominique Yves Gallmann - Seminyak office

Dominique Gallmann is one of the founders of the Exotiq brand. Well travelled in Asia, Dominique is a long time resident of Bali and has 17 years of experience as a consultant with the ILO, The World Bank and other international and bilateral organizations. Dominique has been involved in real estate in Bali for two decades. He is the CEO for Exotiq Property and responsible for franchising and expanding the brand. In 1987 Eric crossed over to the competitive world of real estate starting in Sydney with Colliers Jardines. In 2000 Erika graduated with a degree in Engineering from Bandung's Maranatha University. She worked for national food processor company as factory chief assistant and this gave her valuable experience in executive administration level, managing people and building relationship with clients. Eugene first arrived Bali in 2005 & joined Exotiq Jimbaran’s sales team in early 2009. Born in Gisborne N.Z, he is a keen surfer, skier & is a rugby fanatic. A qualified electrician with years in construction, he was also in the Hospitality & Leisure Industry in Spain, Portugal & Greece & enjoyed the 5 star lifestyle of the Caribbean. As MD for Sunterra, Resort Properties & The Royal Group, he enjoyed life & exclusive properties globally. Julie formerly resided in Los Angeles working as a sales and marketing professional in the entertainment industry. Julie’s began her career in TV news production for both NBC and CBS, was a Marketing Director for such clients as Universal Studios, MGM and Warner Brothers and she has produced over 50 film and TV projects during her diverse professional career. Originally from Indonesia but has been living in Australia for over 10 years, Karina decided to move back to Bali in 2011. Graduated from Monash University in Melbourne Australia on 2009, that very same year she jump started her career as a graphic artist at Ogilvy & Mather and a freelance writer for Australian Brodcasting Corporation (ABC). Roberto Spezzani - Exotiq Property - Krabi office

Roberto has a Degree in Architecture gained at an Italian University. In 2003 Nui studied German language in Wuerzburg, Germany. Her first employment was in 2005 when she joined “Siam Royal View” a leading Pattaya based developer, as Sales Executive. She relocated to the USA in 2004 and by April 2008, Mod had graduated with a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Miami. While in Miami, she worked as the Assistant to the Director of Sales & Marketing at the boutique Setai Hotel, on Miami Beach. Mod joined Exotiq Phuket in 2009, where she is responsible for villa rentals.

Bow is based at our Phuket office, where she is the Property Sales Executive. She was born and raised in Bangkok and completed her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Silpakorn University.
